So today I came to Atlanta with my mom to get some quality time in with my cousins and family, but also to go to a women’s retreat with my mom and my aunt. Here are a few things that God pointed out to me over the course of the evening:

This story reminds me so much of growing up around all my great aunts and uncles, and the relationships i had with them and my grandparents. Made me cry.

Inspired by the tumblr “To My Wife” (which you can find here, I decided I would like to sprinkle a few of these here and there for funs.
To my husband:
We can save money on a great number of things, toilet paper will not be one of them.

So today I got that dreaded email. The email that says your dream job doesn’t want to hire you right now. They like you, but they found someone who can do the job better they think. It’s unfortunate, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t rather upset. But here’s the catch. I am 100% there’s a very good reason why I didn’t get this job. Maybe someone else...

this is how i could live for the rest of my life…forest, tree house, mushrooms, magic.
I saw houses like these in Sweden, just amazing, and we hiked through forests like these almost everday for the two weeks we were there.
